Shipping Policy:

We at Digz Apparel want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders placed by noon eastern time are shipped within one business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Payment Options

On-line orders can be paid by credit or debit card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Orders sent via mail can be paid by U.S. Postal Service money order only. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

United States of AmericaShipping & handling via FedEx Ground in the U.S. is a flat rate of $9 per order.

Please note: Digz Apparel reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Digz Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

International Shipping & Handling - please contact us about rates before placing your order.

Digz Apparel will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Digz Apparel will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Digz Apparel will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Digz Apparel will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Digz Apparel will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Digz Apparel will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Digz Apparel will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Returns Policy:

Digz Apparel accepts returns and exchanges through the mail, postmarked within 30 days of the date of the original purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges – with shipping – is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue Digz Credit to be used towards your next order.

Please include a note with your return to tell us if you want an exchange, credit or refund. Include the following in your note: your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen (exchange, refund, etc.).  Digz cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue Digz Credit.
